Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Requirements:8+ years of programming experience, with at least 3 years of software development experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET.Strong knowledge of SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, WCF, Dependency Injection, and Unit Testing.Experience designing and developing client/server applications and enterprise solutions.Experience with complex XML schemas and database principles.Strong understanding of application security and OWASP Top 10.Experience with Azure DevOps and/or TFS.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Required AI experience: 1–2 years of professional experience using GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI Extensions, AWS Bedrock, and/or Anthropic Claude to assist with software development and application integrations.Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a development team.DevOps experience is preferred.
