VideoNo H1RemoteOracle Business Systems Analyst with a specialization in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly within Accounts Payable and Payroll modules. This is a fully remote role, with the contract expected to last between 18-24 months. The Oracle EBS Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company's Oracle platforms while ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS with a focus on Accounts Payable and Payroll modules.Report Development: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports. You will be instrumental in filling the gap left by the recent loss of the primary reporting resource.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions.Problem Solving: Identify inefficiencies in the Oracle EBS system, quantify costs, and implement solutions to improve system performance.Third-Party Integration: Oversee and ensure successful integration with third-party systems such as Kronos for timekeeping, and other relevant systems.Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle EBS, particularly with Accounts Payable and Payroll modules.Technical Expertise:Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.Skilled in creating and troubleshooting reports.Experience working with third-party systems such as Kronos.Familiarity with SQL/PLSQL coding and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle system.Experience with MS Access and Excel.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address system deficiencies.Analytical skills to quantify issues and recommend effective solutions.Experience working in a higher education environment.Familiarity with additional third-party systems and their integration with Oracle EBS.
