This role partners closely with Operations, District Managers, and HR to build strong talent pipelines, ensure a consistent candidate experience, and support leadership hiring needs across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and store leadership roles, including Store ManagersDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry partnershipsBuild and maintain talent pipelines across key markets, including California, Nevada, and ArizonaIdentify and engage passive candidates and maintain ongoing candidate relationshipsConduct screening interviews to assess qualifications, leadership experience, and alignmentCoordinate and facilitate structured, multi-stage interview processesPartner with hiring managers and District Managers to align on candidate evaluation and hiring decisionsSupport internal promotion pipelines by identifying and guiding internal candidates through the interview processTrack and monitor internal and external placements and hiring trendsDevelop, extend, and negotiate offer packages in partnership with HR and leadershipEnsure smooth handoff to HR and Training for onboardingDeliver a consistent, positive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding initiatives and content for platforms such as LinkedIn and InstagramTrack recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance ratesUse data insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomesPartner with HR and leadership on employee experience and engagement initiativesRequirements3+ years' experience in full cycle recruitingStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detailProfessional and confident in managing sensitive conversationsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Training teamsExperience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer managementFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, and ClickUpDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
