HC&N Healthcare Solutions - Registered Dietitian (RD) Clinical Nutrition DirectorA skilled nursing facility is looking for a talented and hard-working Registered Registered Dietitian (RD) Clinical Nutrition Director to join our ever-growing team.Rate: Up to $100,000 a yearRegistered Dietitian (RD) Clinical Nutrition Director Job Summary:Must have 1 year of healthcare experience with nursing home experience preferred.Must be proficient in EMR with point click care experience preferred.Knowledge of MealTracker is a plus.Must be able to type & use computer programs proficiently (i.e., Microsoft Word).Must be able to work independently.Must be able to complete nutrition assessments, provide diet education & attend care plan meetings of assigned residents with clinically complex diagnoses.Must be able to work well with the interdisciplinary team & exhibit strong communication skills.Ensure resident's plan of care is in place and carried out in its entirety.Assist with discharge planning.Precept dietetic interns and instruct them on the competencies required to complete the assigned rotation; providing feedback for incorporation into student evaluations.Registered Dietitian (RD) Clinical Nutrition Director RequirmentsMust be a Registered DietitianImmediate job openings are available.Part time Shifts available (up to 25 hours)Must be able to work rotating weekends.Must be flexible to working hoursMust be at the facility, per schedule (not a remote position)Rate: Up to $100,000 a yearAn Equal Opportunity Employer
