Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician at Sierra Tech Pro, Inc in Sacramento, CA, with flexibility for some field work. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing on-site equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs. They will also provide technical support and training to customers, as well as documenting service activities and reports.QualificationsTechnical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Security Camera equipmentKnowledge of electrical systems and basic power toolsExperience in customer service and technical supportAbility to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills for documenting service activitiesAssociate degree or certification in a technical fieldPrevious experience in field service or related industry is a plus
