Apply now and become part of our vibrant team!Roles and Responsibilities:Understand the scope of what you are required to do for the projectFollow all required specifications for a job only deviating from them with written approvalInstallation of: Low voltage cabling required for access control, intrusion detection, intercom and CCTV systemsElectronic access control & intrusion detection boards and equipment within equipment enclosuresInstallation and termination of: Copper and fiber data communications cable and connectivityHead-end equipment, such as servers, DVR's NVR's, matrix switchers, Ethernet switches, etc. within equipment enclosures and racksComplete Installations as efficiently as possible to stay under allocated hours, while providing high-quality Installations dailyProperly mount (secure, level, centered) various equipment including displays, equipment enclosures, power supplies, switches, security cameras, and equipment according to the manufacturer's specificationsPerform system troubleshootingParticipate in safety meetings and follow ALL safety guidelinesComplete assigned tasks as directed in the amount of time allocatedCommunicate daily activitiesProtect and keep track of all materials/tools in your possession and follow all check-in/out proceduresPresent yourself in a professional manner when on company time, both in your physical appearance and demeanorWilling to travel & work flexible shifts as neededRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent and applicable training certification1+ year related experience with a focus on the electronic security system industryExperience with Lenel & Milestone systems is a MUST!Understand standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the industryBe willing to learn and apply information and techniques as instructed by senior personnelAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProvide your own basic hand tools and understand the operation and safety of project-specific toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionA valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are necessaryAbility to obtain a government security clearanceAbility to travel up to 50%Ability to speak, write and read EnglishPreferred:Previous experience working with federal government agenciesOSHA CertificationManufacturer experience (Lenel, Avigilon, Software house)Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 an hourAbout the Company:At Trofholz, we're not just building careers; we're shaping the future of security solutions with a team of dynamic, resourceful, and talented professionals.Our "QCCI Team Creed" embodies our values of quality, commitment, creativity, integrity, and teamwork, driving every aspect of our work.
