We’d love for you to join our team!Job SummaryThe Technical Development Workstream Lead is a senior technical leadership role responsible for guiding and overseeing a defined development workstream within a larger, multi-component project. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful design, development, integration, and delivery of technical components within the assigned area.The Technical Development Workstream Lead is accountable for technical quality, delivery timelines, team coordination, and alignment with overall project objectives.Responsibilities Lead and oversee the design, development, and delivery of technical components within an assigned workstreamServe as the primary technical authority for the workstream, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practicesManage and coordinate development activities across developers, engineers, and technical specialistsCollaborate with project leadership, architects, and other workstream leads to ensure integration and alignmentTranslate project requirements into technical designs and implementation approachesMonitor progress, manage dependencies, and address technical risks, issues, and constraintsEnsure development deliverables meet quality, performance, security, and scalability requirementsSupport testing efforts, defect resolution, and implementation readinessProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team membersCommunicate workstream status, risks, and milestones to project stakeholdersEducation And Experience Bachelor’s degree (required)Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in technical development roles, including leadership responsibilitiesRequired SkillsDemonstrated experience leading development efforts within complex or enterprise-scale projectsStrong technical expertise relevant to software design, development, and integrationProven ability to manage teams, prioritize work, and deliver results within defined timelinesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDesired SkillsExperience serving as a technical lead or workstream lead on large implementations or transformation programsStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologiesAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilitiesExperience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teamsComfortable working in fast-paced, complex project environmentsSecurity ClearanceUS citizenship required and the ability to obtain a CBP security clearance.More About B&ANotable ClientsB&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
