We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented production workers and operators with prior manufacturing experience who are eager to contribute to the production of high-quality, life-saving medical devices.Position OverviewAs a Production Worker / Operator / Assembler, you will support the assembly, packaging, and handling of medical devices in a controlled manufacturing environment. This operator role may involve working in both cleanroom and warehouse settings, using specialized tools and equipment while following strict quality and safety standards. As a manufacturing operator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant production processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly and packaging of medical devices as an assembler/operator in a cleanroom manufacturing environmentOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment and tools, including microscopes and scanners, as a production operatorConduct basic soldering tasks for small components (training available if needed) as part of operator dutiesFollow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and safety guidelinesMaintain accurate production and quality records in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Support material handling and inventory movement within the manufacturing facility, including use of pallet jacks and manual liftingWork with precision components requiring attention to detail and high manufacturing quality standardsCollaborate with team members and other production operators under moderate supervisionPreferred Skills & ExperiencePrevious manufacturing, assembler, or production operator experience (strongly preferred)Familiarity with:Hand-held scanners used in manufacturing operationsMicroscopes (for detailed inspection or assembly operator work)Soldering small components in a production environmentAbility to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment and follow strict protocolsComfortable working with technical equipment and detailed operator processesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written manufacturing instructionsNote: Candidates without all listed skills may be trained for operator and assembler roles.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to perform manual tasks typical of a production worker/operator, including lifting and moving materialsWillingness to work in both manufacturing production and warehouse environmentsWork EnvironmentCleanroom manufacturing setting (protective gear required)Warehouse environment supporting production operations and material movementExposure to advanced manufacturing equipment and operator technologiesHiring ProcessOne onsite interview with the Hiring Manager, Lead Technician, and Senior ManagerCompany DescriptionATR International is a staffing and workforce solutions firm providing high‐quality talent across a wide range of industries, including technology, operations, and professional services.Company DescriptionATR International is a staffing and workforce solutions firm providing high‐quality talent across a wide range of industries, including technology, operations, and professional services.
