If you meet the requirements please apply today.Job SummaryThe main aim of the job is to perform automatic or manual painting processes by using spray paint and polishing equipment to apply a protective coating to the surfaces of the products in production.ResponsibilitiesPreparing metal parts for paintingTo perform the painting process with wet paintTo paint the paint deformations and minor damage that occur in the products during the production phase, with appropriate touch-up paints, including experience with spray pots and spray guns. To give the final confirmation from the handheld terminal after the packaging is finishedTo use the work area clean and orderly during productionTo realize the production according to the specified standards and technical drawingsEntering the dimensions into the machine control panelTo make the machine safer and more convenientTo carry out their work in accordance with the information in the work orderTo ensure the movement of large materials such as chassis and tanks to be painted in the wet paint shop with the overhead craneBeing primarily responsible for manufacturing the parts in accordance with their specificationsTo make a visual control of the raw material or semi-finished product to be put into production before it is put into production, and otherwise notify the supervisorTo work in accordance with occupational health, safety, and quality requirements by using tools, equipment, and equipment effectively in the shipping processTo comply with the Quality, Environment and OHS rules in the enterprise.
