Applications Engineering Manager

Lead and manage a team of application engineers supporting nuclear power generation customers and projects. Provide technical leadership for the selection, sizing, specification, and application of valves, actuators, and related equipment. Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, sales teams, and nuclear utilities. Review customer specifications, engineering requirements, and regulatory standards to develop compliant technical solutions. Support proposal development, bid reviews, technical presentations, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of customer requirements. Evaluate plant system requirements, including Code, safety-related, auxiliary, and balance-of-plant systems. Ensure compliance with applicable nuclear industry standards, codes, and quality requirements.
