Sales Representative (Onsite – New York, NY)Location: Onsite – 1177 Avenue of the Americas, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10036Work Authorization: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.At Praxis, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to help expand our footprint across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.Manage the sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.Represent Praxis at trade shows, webinars, networking events, and technology communities.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and prospects.Provide high-quality customer service and personalized support to clients.Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach campaigns and identify high-potential leads.Develop and implement effective sales closing strategies.Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services, solutions, and industry trends.Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Work closely with leadership to support overall business development initiatives.Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Communications, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.Knowledge of sales methodologies and technology-related services/products is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Language RequirementsEnglish – RequiredSpanish – Required (Intermediate level at minimum)
