Corporate Action Analyst

Corporate Actions AnalystWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to support corporate actions processing within a middle office environment. This role carries increased responsibility in review, oversight, quality control, and process support while serving as a resource for junior team members. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate actions or financial services operations and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial products.Reconcile client holdings versus agent holdings to ensure accurate transaction processing.Maintain all relevant documentation and recordkeeping within event files.Support and respond to client inquiries and operational requests in a timely manner.Review processes and assist with quality control to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.Provide guidance and workflow support to junior analysts and team members.Escalate complex issues to supervisors or senior professionals when appropriate.Assist with reporting activities and process oversight responsibilities.Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, increased efficiency, and enhanced accuracy across operations.Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, or related field preferred.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Quick learner with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.Preferred ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in Corporate Actions or financial services operations.Experience within middle office operations environments.Corporate actions experience preferred but not required.Experience reviewing work or mentoring junior team members.Familiarity with AI and digital tools.Knowledge of financial products and markets.Experience with tools such as Alteryx or Power BI is a plus.
