Corporate Actions Analyst - Non Exempt

Job Description:Supports corporate actions processing within a middle office environment, with increased responsibility in review, oversight, and quality control. In addition to executing corporate actions and dividends, this position plays a key role in validating work, supporting junior team members, and ensuring accuracy across processes. Ideal candidates bring prior financial services or middle office operations experience and are comfortable taking on a more leadership-oriented role within the team.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Actions Processing: Execute and support voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividend processing across financial productsTeam Support & Leadership: Act as a point of guidance for Level 1 analysts, assisting with questions and workflow directionClient & Stakeholder Communication: Handle more complex inquiries and support client communication as neededProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and accuracy within the teamQualifications:Bachelor s Degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage increased responsibilitySelf-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsPreferred Experience:Experience in financial services or middle office operationsPrior exposure to corporate actions (preferred but not required)Experience reviewing work or mentoring junior team membersFamiliarity with tools such as Alteryx or Power BIAdditional Information:Duration: 12 month contract opportunityShift: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM ESTHybrid Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in downtown Pittsburgh officeRate Range: $30-35/hr. W2 (based on experience)
