Summary Of JobA scheduler at Holy Redeemer Health System (HRHS) assumes responsibility of scheduling competition for all disciplines within Homecare and Hospice. Coordinates patient visit activities and ensures continuity of caregiver whenever possible. Acts as a liaison between patients and staff related to patient schedules.
