Call Center Manager

HomeStar seeks a high potential Call Center (Inside Sales/Telemarketing) Manager looking for a career opportunity. After being awarded as Inc. Magazine's 53rd fastest growing company in America, we are now expanding our Inside Sales and outbound sales team to better serve the Philadelphia Metropolitan Market. As a full-time Call Center Manager you will be responsible for the success of our entire Inside Sales division. You will be trained in HomeStar's over the phone sales process as well as our products and services. This position is in a leadership role and integral to the success of the business. We are looking for an individual with both telemarketing and management experience in the Home Improvement industry. Responsibilities of Inside Sales/Telemarketing Manager:Increase market share by motivating, training, delegating and coaching a staff of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve established goals Responsible for coordinating Inside Sales with other departments Inside sales managers are responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives They oversee the day-to-day activities of these employees and work to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding their individual goals Identify customer needs and satisfy them profitably Maintain existing customer base through effective customer service skills Hire, hold team accountable, training, write schedules Training new employees on company procedures Train and develop staff use in CRM Establishing sales goals, quotas, and metrics for team members to measure their performance Providing feedback to team members about their performance and helping them improve their skills Establishing and enforcing rules and regulations to ensure efficient operation of the department Delivery of over the phone sales presentations on our energy efficient products Promotion of HomeStar's products and services to prospective and existing clients Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers Generate additional sales revenue by cross selling products Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions Participate/Conduct ongoing sales trainings Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas Qualifications of Inside Sales/Telemarketing Manager:Previous Sales or telemarketing experience Previous management experience Highly evolved interpersonal, organizational, sales and communication skills Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue Excellent customer service skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline A student mentality for sales with a passion for learning a wide-range of additional skills Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client A naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings Ability to manage,train and mentor the telemarketing team BA/BS, customer service and/or sales experience is Preferred Managerial experience required Pay and Benefits:Base pay/Paid Sales Training Realistic, multi-tiered, performance-based sales bonus opportunities based upon teams performance Medical/Dental/Matching 401(k) Paid vacation Job Type: Full-time Salary: Base pay plus commission and bonuses. A Call Center Manager is expected to make anywhere between $60,000 to $110,000 in a year's time.
