Plater / Production Operator - Night Shift 4Day

Job Description Responsibility/Requirements:· Ability to stay organized and apply logical thinking skills· Follow established processes and procedures· Read/Utilize trouble shooting guides for equipment and quality issues· Visual inspection of equipment, structures, and material to identify any problems or errors· Ability to work individually or as part of a team· Ability to wear the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) – company provided· General physical activities –included but not limited to, sitting, walking, lifting, and standing· Helpful but not necessary, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer's spec, internal drawings, and procedures· Attention to detail· Good attendance· Must have reliable transportation· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity· High School diploma or equivalentHours:Day Shift - 6am-4:30PMNight Shift - 3pm-1:30AMBenefits:60 days - Insurance Benefits available (Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life)90 days – 401K/RothVacation and Flex TimeHoliday Pay Company DescriptionElectro-Spec is a diversified automated electroplating company that utilizes PLC automation for many of its processes.
