In this role, you will operate CNC laser cutting (plate laser) equipment to produce precise, high-quality metal components in a fast-paced production environment.This position is ideal for candidates with experience in CNC machining, laser cutting, or manufacturing, as well as mechanically inclined individuals looking to learn and grow. On-the-job training is available.Essential Responsibilities:Operate CNC laser cutting machines (plate laser) safely and efficientlyLoad, run, and manage CNC programs for production jobsSet up and adjust machines for optimal performancePerform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenanceInspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and BOMsLoad and unload raw materials and finished partsHandle and move materials safely (up to 50+ lbs)Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain production documentationMeet daily production goals and deadlinesMaintain a clean and safe manufacturing workspaceRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience in CNC machining, laser cutting, or manufacturing preferredMechanically inclined with willingness to learnAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and meet production targetsFamiliarity with industrial or shop environments is a plusPhysical Demands:Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequentlySquat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequentlySit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per dayWork in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothingBenefits:401(k)401(k) MatchingDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceRequirements:
