Process Improvement TechnicianCommercial Sewing is looking for a Process Improvement Technician to support continuous improvement initiatives throughout our manufacturing operations.You'll work directly with production teams to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, eliminate waste, and support projects that increase efficiency and product quality.Responsibilities include:Observe and evaluate manufacturing processesConduct timing studies and workflow analysisSupport Lean and continuous improvement projectsTrack production metrics and identify trendsHelp implement process changes and improvementsAssist with root cause investigationsCreate process documentation and visual work instructionsWork alongside supervisors and operators to improve performanceWhat we're looking for includes:Manufacturing experienceStrong analytical skillsProcess improvement mindsetExcellent communication abilitiesExperience with Excel and production dataLean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma exposure a plus
