Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($20,000 sign-on)

Position Summary/ Department Summary:We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.Key Responsibilities:Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.Providing clinical support and resources.Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.Minimum QualificationsEducation:* A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Experience:A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.Licensure/ Certifications:Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years*This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees*bchornurse#LI-onsiteThe posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
