Recording Specialist (Remote)​Location: Remote (Must reside in Santa Barbara or Ventura County, CA)Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDTCompensation: $46,000 – $48,000 base salary, depending on experience.​Overview-We are seeking a Recording Specialist to manage recording service duties remotely and at local filing sites. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely filing of documents at county recorder offices and centralized hub locations.​Must-Have Requirements​Local Residence: Must reside in the Santa Barbara or Ventura County area.​Travel Coverage: Must be willing to travel locally to both counties (approx. 5%) to deliver packages to recorders and visit hub locations as needed.​Availability: Full-time availability for the 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDT shift.​Professionalism: Strong customer service and administrative skills with a high level of professional conduct.​Key Responsibilities-​Process all eRecording transactions daily using the Simplifile system.​Perform quality checks on submissions and fix any identified issues.​Review paper submissions and record incoming services accurately.​Prepare and transport document packages to county recorders and hub locations.​Preferred Qualifications-​2+ years of experience with electronic mortgage filing (Simplifile preferred).​Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines independently.​Excellent verbal communication and professional problem-solving skills.​Apply today to join our team!https://careers-ice.icims.com/jobs/12819/recording-specialist/job?mode=view
