The company supports a culture of inclusion, professional development, and practical problem-solving.Role Description This is a full-time Mobile Application Developer role based in Fort Worth, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Mobile Application Developer will design, build, test, and maintain mobile applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, resolving bugs, and ensuring code quality through reviews and adherence to established standards. The role involves integrating APIs and third-party services, maintaining clear technical documentation, and participating in planning, estimation, and sprint activities. The developer will also help evaluate new tools and frameworks, contribute to architecture discussions, and support continuous improvement of development processes.Qualifications Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and working with Mobile Applications for both new builds and ongoing enhancements.Experience in general Application Development, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying production-ready software.Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code.Hands-on experience with iOS Development, using relevant languages, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Swift, Objective-C, Xcode).Familiarity with mobile UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration of backend services.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues, including performance and compatibility problems.Effective communication skills and the ability to work productively in a hybrid team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience publishing applications to app stores and maintaining production apps is an advantage.
