Speed Stacks is currently seeking passionate, experienced candidates to join our Sales team. This key position will be responsible for driving growth through the successful management of physical education programs and other related accounts for our Speed Stacks business.
Please note: This position has a base salary of $30,000 per year. Uncapped commissions and performance bonus opportunities are offered.
What You'll Be Doing:
The Sales Representative is responsible for scheduling, demonstrating and execution of sales to help achieve corporate goals. To be successful in this role you will do the following:
Aid in strategizing operations of marquee Sport Stacking competitions such as AAU Junior Olympics Sport Stacking Championships, WSSA Worlds Championships and other related sporting events.
Schedule directly with physical education programs (teachers), afterschool programs and other related organizations for demonstrations in your direct territory.
Demonstrate our program and products in a physical education / afterschool program setting, showcasing Sport Stacking curriculum and grade-based activities to students and educators.
Showcase and demonstrate Sport Stacking at physical education and afterschool conferences and execute sales within these opportunities.
Have an understanding of customer needs, market needs and business objectives. Manage relationships and any necessary negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and goals in a physical school year.
Introduce new products upon launch to schools and other related organizations.
Be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert in your direct territory for all schools, afterschool programs and summer organizations.
Develop and enhance industry/market knowledge. Know the customer, know the industry, and know the competitors and translate that into winning product strategies.
Create excellent demonstrations and instruction. Work with our internal teams on the content, messaging, and presentation necessary to convey the product benefits to educators. Always look for ways to improve the presentation quality.
Contact cold, warm and hot leads across a supplied territory to sell through educate on our products and programs.
Develop new leads by research development, marketing opportunities, conferences, etc.

Knowledge of physical education.
Requirements:
Passion for the importance of physical activity and a desire to positively impact student and teacher outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited university/college with meaningful, relevant work experience.
Basic knowledge of Google Email, Google Drive to include Google Sheets.
Prior experience in classroom education or physical education and/or sales experience.
A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission.
Must be available during the hours of 7:00 am - 4:30 pm on a typical day worked.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to physically be on your feet throughout most of the work day.
Must be in good health and physical condition.
Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel within local / metropolitan regions.
