You must reside and work within CA/NV US for this position.Job OverviewLexia seeks a motivated, relationship-driven Field Representative to support engagement and implementation efforts in the largest K–12 districts across the U.S. This role partners closely with the District Lead, focusing on school-level sales, relationships, adoption, and usage. The ideal candidate builds trust with principals, instructional coaches, and teachers, ensuring Lexia solutions are purchased, successfully integrated into daily practice and drive measurable impact on literacy outcomes.This position is critical to acquiring new schools, deepening adoption, securing renewals, and expanding impact at the school level within strategic districts.Job ResponsibilitiesSchool Engagement & AdoptionBuild excellent relationships with principals, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders in assigned schoolsSupport school-level planning and ensure successful roll-out of Lexia solutionsPartner with district implementation teams to translate district priorities into school-level actionIdentify and address barriers to usage, helping schools achieve fidelity and impact goalsGather and share success stories and case studies that highlight student outcomesPipeline Development & ExpansionIdentify expansion opportunities and acquire new school customers in concert with the district strategySurface school-level needs and purchasing signals that inform territory strategyTrack and share insights on competitive products in use at schoolsMaintain accurate records of school engagement and opportunities in SalesforceTraining & Support CollaborationWork closely with Customer Success and Professional Learning teams to align school supportParticipate in school-level meetings and events to model exceptional usage practicesEnsure ongoing teacher and staff buy-in through regular touchpoints and communicationMarket EngagementRepresent Lexia at school-level events, PD sessions, and regional showcasesAdvocate for Lexia as a trusted partner for literacy improvementTravel frequently to assigned schools, with additional virtual engagement between visitsJob RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years successful experience in education sales, school leadership, or instructional coachingProven ability to build relationships with principals, coaches, and teachersExperience with technology-based curriculum products; literacy/reading background highly preferredUnderstanding of the Science of Reading and literacy best practicesFamiliarity with school budgets, purchasing processes, and funding models (Title I, state funds, ESSER, etc.)Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially with school-based educatorsSkilled in Salesforce, MS Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing toolsWillingness to travel up to 80%, including overnightTo learn more about our organization and the exciting work we do, visit https://www.lexialearning.com/.Remote First Work EnvironmentOur Remote First approach gives employees the flexibility and trust they need to effectively balance work with life.
