Client Engagement Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist I to serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls from new customer prospects to introduce the Advice Center and match customers with appropriate advisors
Guide customers through the customer experience, gathering information to identify and assess needs
Schedule appointments with advisors for simple customer requests and facilitate communication with the advisor team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Proficiency using MS Office products
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
