Select "APPLY" If you're interested in learning more about this position.=============================================*** We will NOT work with C2C/3rd Party Agencies for ANY reason***============================================= JOB DETAILS: Position: Desktop Support Technician JOB REF#: 44559 - 65722Duration: 12 Months (On-Going Contract)Location: ONSITE - Nashville, TN 37243 Pay Rate: $27.00 (W2 only)HOURS: This role is 100% ONSITE - Monday - Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM CST (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)**We will NOT consider NON-LOCAL candidates, even if your willing to relocate **Desktop Support Technician will deliver, install, configure, and support of laptops across various locations. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient deployment of technology assets while maintaining a high level of customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Deliver, install, and configure computers• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities• Communicate effectively with end users and team members• Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas• Travel to different TDOT sites as required, including travel across the state of Tennessee (travel expenses will be reimbursed by state guidelines)REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:• 3+ years of professional experience providing with IT deployments and hardware installations (stable work history)• 3+ years of experience delivering, installing, configuring, supporting computers and laptops• Strong problem-solving and communication skills• Education: High school diplomaOTHER REQUIREMENTS:• Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, able to travel to these cities: Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Jackson----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Calance Benefits Offerings:- EPO/PPO Medical Plans- HMO/PPO Dental programs- Vision - VSP (Vision Plan Summary)- 401K Retirement vesting program (VOYA)- Paid Bi-Weekly/Direct Deposit- Flex Spending Plan- Voluntary Life, AD&D, STD or LTD plansView all our OPEN JOBS at: www.calancejobs.com
