You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient deployment of technology assets while maintaining a high level of customer service.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Deliver, install, and configure computersPrepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deploymentMaintain accurate records of equipment deployment and statusTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotelyFollow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activitiesCommunicate effectively with end users and team membersMaintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areasTravel to different TDOT sites as required, including travel across the state of Tennessee (travel expenses will be reimbursed by state guidelines)REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:3+ years of professional experience providing with IT deployments and hardware installations (stable work history)3+ years of experience delivering, installing, configuring, supporting computers and laptopsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsEducation: High school diplomaOTHER REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deploymentsValid driver s license and reliable transportation, able to travel across the State of Tennessee====Calance Consultant Benefits Offerings: EPO/PPO Medical Plans HMO/PPO Dental programs Vision - VSP (Vision Plan Summary) 401K Retirement vesting program (VOYA) Paid Bi-Weekly/Direct Deposit Flex Spending Plan Voluntary Life, AD&D, STD or LTD plans
