With almost 40 years of experience, our scalable talent solutions and engineering and sciences services provide the expertise our customers need to achieve more.The Project Manager at the client’s site in the formulation and validation of project work plans, will monitor and influence the performance of the planning, engineering, design, and construction efforts in accordance with the plans, and will assist in data gathering and analysis for the reporting on the project progress, scheduled deliverables, and budget. Remote with site/office visits.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerform intermediate-level project management work activities and projects requiring the application of project management knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient, and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.Develop, review, and coordinate the project plan, schedule, budget, activities, materials, equipment, tools, and staff.Assist in developing and scoping documents, deliverables, and cost estimates.Assist in data gathering and analysis for the reporting on the project progress, scheduled deliverables, and budget.Identify, clarify, and make recommendations for solutions to project plan deviations and work-related problems with least impact and risk through analysis of reports and records; evaluate multiple solutions and interpret the results of the technical analysis.Hold contractors accountable to the system safety process.Provide recommendations as an active participant of a project management team; communicate and coordinate with customers and interconnected companies on issues.Support project management team members: provide guidance and training, as assigned; review work of other team members, as assigned.Utilize technical interfaces of project management and provide technical support to team.Education And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering from ABET accredited universityFive+ years of experience in project management with capital projectsFive+ years of experience interfacing with engineering procurement and construction personnelFive+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordFive+ years of experience working on utility projectsRequisite Abilities And SkillsDemonstrate ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, show capable of having organizational and planning skills, as well as having an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communicationTeam player with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and virtual environmentAbility to plan, set, and achieve goalsSuperior level of personal character and integrityJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
