Construction Project Manager (New Albany)

Sr. Project Manager (Construction) :: Columbus, OH or New Albany, OH :: OnsiteWe are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with strong mechanical construction expertise to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Columbus and New Albany, OH. Candidates with HVAC, plumbing, industrial, healthcare, data center, or general construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate has full project lifecycle experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment while remaining hands-on and engaged onsite.What You Will DoLead and manage construction projects from inception through completionOversee scheduling, budgeting, project execution, and field coordinationManage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, submittals, and billingCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project successSupport safety initiatives and maintain OSHA compliance across project sitesMonitor project progress, manpower planning, and material/equipment delivery schedulesParticipate in project meetings, walkthroughs, and site coordination activitiesSupport financial tracking, forecasting, collections, and reporting activitiesAssist with project closeout, as-built documentation, and process improvementsBuild strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetWhat You Will Bring3–10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in mechanical/HVAC environmentsExperience managing the full lifecycle of commercial or industrial construction projectsBackground in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, healthcare, industrial plants, data centers, or commercial construction projectsBachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, and safety standardsOSHA knowledge and familiarity with AutoCAD preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/document control softwareStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while remaining hands-on and team-orientedWillingness to work onsite and travel to project locations as neededLocation: Columbus, OH or New Albany, OH :: OnsitePay: $160,000 - $178,000 annually.If you have an interest in the Sr. Project Manager (Construction), please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
