Data Engineer Denodo

OverviewWe are looking for a Denodo Data Engineer with hands-on experience designing and supporting data virtualization solutions using Denodo. The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering skills, experience integrating Denodo with modern data platforms like Microsoft Fabric and AI, and the ability to deliver scalable, reusable data services for analytics and business consumption.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support virtual data views and data services using DenodoBuild and optimize data integration solutions for analytics and reporting use casesDevelop reusable semantic and logical data layers to support business consumptionWork with SQL, data modeling, and data transformation conceptsIntegrate Denodo with data platforms, APIs, files, databases, and cloud servicesSupport performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshootingCollaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsDocument technical designs, data models, and implementation detailsSupport testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support activitiesRequired Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with DenodoStrong SQL skills and experience with data integration and transformationExperience with data virtualization and logical data modelingGood understanding of data warehousing and analytics conceptsExperience working with structured and semi-structured dataStrong troubleshooting and performance optimization skillsFamiliarity with cloud data platforms and enterprise data ecosystemsExperience using version control and CI/CD tools such as Git and Azure DevOpsTechnologies, Platforms, and ToolsDenodo Design StudioMicrosoft Fabric (Nice to have)Experience connecting Denodo to enterprise source systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and SQL databasesExposure to APIs, JSON, Parquet, and other data formatsFamiliarity with data governance, security, and access controls in Denodo
