Our team ensures every customer voice is acknowledged, every concern is addressed and every positive moment is amplified, all while freeing restaurants from the time consuming burden of staying on top of reviews themselves.Role DescriptionThis is a commission only, full time remote outside sales based in the Orlando, FL area. This role is for individuals who excel at building trust with restaurant owners. Representatives will visit local restaurants in person and also conduct outreach via phone, email and social platforms. Your goal is to identify opportunities, present BrightReply services and enroll restaurants in our subscription plans.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify restaurants that would benefit from BrightReply’s review-management services.Conduct frequent in person visits with restaurant owners as the primary outreach method, supported by calls, emails and messaging.Present BrightReply’s services, pricing and value clearly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers and decision makers.Manage your personal pipeline of leads, follow-ups and active opportunities.Accurately communicate each restaurant’s needs to the BrightReply onboarding team.Close new accounts and maintain long term client satisfaction.Represent the BrightReply brand professionally in all interactions.What We're Looking ForProven ability in Relationship Building.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Confidence in approaching new businesses and initiating conversations.Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently.Restaurant industry knowledge is a plus but not required.Prior outside sales experience preferred but not necessary.Ability to manage your own schedule and meet realistic weekly goals.CompensationThis is commission-only with uncapped earnings.
