You will be responsible for building your territory from the ground upprospecting, generating pipeline, closing new business, and expanding Wellfit's payments platform across independent practices and multi-location groups. We are prioritizing candidates with payments and merchant services experience who understand how to sell financial solutions into healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:Territory Development:Own and develop a defined Florida-based territory within a major metro marketBuild a strategic territory plan targeting high-opportunity practices and groupsEstablish market presence through consistent in-person engagementNew Business Acquisition:Prospect daily through outbound calls, in-person visits, networking, and referralsIdentify and close net-new logos across independent practices and multi-location groupsConduct consultative discovery around payments, financing workflows, and revenue optimizationPayments-Focused Sales:Articulate value around merchant services, financing options, and payment workflow optimizationUnderstand and position interchange, merchant pricing, underwriting, and approval processesCompete effectively against legacy financing and payment providersPipeline & Performance Management:Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecastingConsistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsReport territory performance and growth strategy to leadershipIdeal Candidate Profile:A proven hunter who has built territories beforeExperienced in payments, merchant services, or fintech sales (preferred)Comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based roleEnergized by prospecting and new logo acquisitionSkilled at navigating practice decision-makers (owners, office managers, regional leaders)Results-driven and comfortable in a performance-based compensation modelQualifications:57+ years of B2B field sales experiencePayments / merchant services experience strongly preferredExperience selling into healthcare or dental is a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated history of exceeding quotaBased in or willing to relocate to a major Florida metroCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionFully remote with field travel expectationsMedical, Dental, Vision401k with company matchUnlimited PTOWhy This Role Matters:Florida is a key growth market.
