This is an individual contributor role focused on managing our marketing technology ecosystem, sitting at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data. You'll build automation workflows, integrate AI-powered tools, optimize our web presence, and translate analytics into actionable insights. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and Operations, you'll have a significant impact on how we attract, nurture, and convert leads across the full customer journey.IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:Marketing Automation & EmailDesign, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot across email, web, and social channelsDevelop lead nurturing and scoring models that improve conversion rates and sales handoff qualityBuild and maintain segmentation strategies for personalized communicationsAI & Technology IntegrationIdentify and implement AI-assisted marketing toolsExtend our marketing stack through API integrations, connecting HubSpot with sales tools, analytics platforms, and third-party applicationsEvaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend adoption strategiesWeb & SEOManage and enhance our WordPress website with a focus on conversion optimization and user experienceImplement modern web development approaches to improve site performance and functionalityExecute SEO strategies and develop our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) approach as search evolvesAnalytics & ReportingOwn centralized reporting dashboards consolidating metrics across all digital channels, both within HubSpot and external toolsAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROITrack and report on pipeline contribution and marketing-influenced revenueABM & SocialDevelop and support account-based marketing programs targeting key accountsHelp manage social media accounts and integrate social into broader automation strategiesCompliance & OperationsEnsure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging privacy regulationsMaintain documentation of marketing technology processes and integrationsFOR THIS POSITION, WE LOOK FORBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or similar5+ years of experience in marketing automation with progressive technical responsibilityAdvanced-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub EnterpriseStrong WordPress skills and familiarity with modern web technologiesDemonstrated experience building and maintaining API integrationsSolid command of SEO principles and emerging AEO tacticsProficiency in Google Analytics and experience building custom reporting dashboardsUnderstanding of B2B sales pipelines and marketing's role in revenue generationExperience with AI-assisted marketing tools and AI coding assistantsExperience with account-based marketing platformsFluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development librariesFamiliarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirementsQualities We Value:Self-directed problem solver comfortable with ambiguityCurious about emerging technologies and eager to experimentAble to translate technical capabilities into business outcomesStrong communicator who can work across marketing, sales, and technical teamsJOB CONDITIONSThis position is home office based and will require a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to fulfill job duties effectively. Regular communication and collaboration with team members will occur virtually through Zoom meetings, instant messaging, and email. Travel requirements: This position does require visits to our Seattle HQ one or two times per quarter. Applicable travel expenses will be covered by Parse.
