Apply now and let's build success togetherResponsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Manager to manage the property efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests with a warm and friendly demeanorServing as the first impression in our Leasing Office, creating a positive experience for all visitorsProviding excellent customer service and offering creative ideas for effective marketing/leasing plansImplementing plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and ProceduresHandling basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephonesQualifications:1 year of leasing experience is A PLUS!Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong focus on delivering outstanding customer serviceProficient in basic office tasks and multitasking in a busy environmentExceptional organizational and time management skills
