We also care for patients in their homes across Michigan, with compassionate nurses and experienced infusion therapy pharmacists.Job Title: ControllerJob Summary: Infusion Health's Controller is responsible for leading the financial operations of the business, ensuring strong fiscal management, effective internal controls, and accurate financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's financial health by developing strategies, enforcing compliance with legal and ethical standards, and driving accountability across the accounting function. The Controller also leads internal control audits and supports leadership with financial insights to guide decision-making.Perks of Working for Infusion Health:Competitive compensationA rich Medical, dental, and vision benefits packageCompany-paid Life insurance and Short Term/Long Term Disability401(k)-retirement plan with company matchPaid time offIndustry experienced team environmentThe Controller performs a variety of duties such as:Financial Leadership & OperationsLead and oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controlsDevelop and support financial strategies aligned with long-term growth and operational goalsImplement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and best practicesReporting, Planning & AnalysisPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for leadershipPartner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyze financial results, including budget variances, trends, and key performance indicatorsEvaluate financial risk and assess the impact of business and operational decisionsAccounting OversightOversee core accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, ACH payments, and receivables factoringManage monthly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirementsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentManage and mentor accounting team members, providing guidance and development opportunitiesProvide financial training and support to internal teams as neededFoster a collaborative, high-performance team environmentProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyDesign and maintain reporting processes and financial workflowsPerform other duties as assignedPreferred Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Controller Position:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial roleStrong knowledge of financial management, audit preparation, budgeting, and financial reporting processesAbility to develop financial forecasts, projections, and strategic financial analysis to support business decisionsExperience with WellSky or CareTend software is highly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsroven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing priorities independentlyClassification & Compensation:The position is full-time, exempt and the pay range varies, depending on experience, skills, abilities, and length of service with the Company.
