(full-time only)Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employeesUp to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of studyTake home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employmentMedical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employeesHave fun with contests and employee appreciation events every monthEssential Functions of Concierge CNA:Room checks- OPEN ROOMS to make sure they are tour ready and move in readyIdentify and prepare for pending admissions-work close with the marketing and admissions departmentIdentify and prepare for pending discharges-work with Social Services on thisReview the daily menu-check on residents needs/wantsAnswer call lightsSchedule with families on admission the 72-hour meeting and attend them as wellAssist dietary and nursing on passing of snacks if neededMake sure when making rounds that the lounge areas look neat and friendly-no trash, outdated material, clean etc.Maintain a "look who is going home" message board outside the therapy area (if resident gives their approval)-these are success stories to shareAnswer all questions a family or resident may have (if not able to answer, tell them you will find the answer or have the department follow up with them to answer their questionsNotify resident about center activities (i.e., bingo, cooking, entertainment, etc.)Check equipment in the roomsMake sure the rooms are cleanAdditional jobs as assignedQualifications of Concierge CNA:High School Diploma or general equivalency is preferredCertified Nurse Aide(CNA)1 year of experience is preferredOrganization and management skillsBasic Computer SkillsEEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
