Your legacy of excellence begins when you join us at St. Sophia Health and Rehab.Essential Functions of Concierge CNAMust possess a CNA licensure in the state of MissouriRoom checks- OPEN ROOMS to make sure they are tour ready and move in readyIdentify and prepare for pending admissions-work close with the marketing and admissions departmentIdentify and prepare for pending discharges-work with Social Services on thisReview the daily menu-check on residents needs/wantsAnswer call lightsSchedule with families on admission the 72-hour meeting and attend them as wellAssist dietary and nursing on passing of snacks if neededMake sure when making rounds that the lounge areas look neat and friendly-no trash, outdated material, clean etc.Maintain a "look who is going home" message board outside the therapy area (if resident gives their approval)-these are success stories to shareAnswer all questions a family or resident may have (if not able to answer, tell them you will find the answer or have the department follow up with them to answer their questionsNotify resident about facility activities (i.e., bingo, cooking, entertainment, etc.)Check equipment in the roomsMake sure the rooms are cleanAdditional jobs as assignedRequirements of Concierge CNAMinimum education: High School Diploma, HSD equivalency or GED1 year of experienceCNA Licenses: Required valid certification as a CNA in the state of MissouriOrganization and management skillsBasic Computer SkillsPay, Benefits and Perks of Concierge CNA:$3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidate!Competitive Pay Based on ExperienceShift Differential Pay 8 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work!
