This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with broad HR experience who is comfortable wearing many hats — from benefits administration and open enrollment to recruiting and onboarding.They are looking for someone with a friendly, approachable personality who is eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on any task needed to support the team.Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator: Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment coordinationServe as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and HR-related inquiriesSupport full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offersManage employee onboarding and orientation processesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policiesAssist with HR reporting and documentation across multiple entitiesSupport employee engagement initiatives and company culture effortsPartner with leadership to support workforce planning and staffing needsAssist with special projects and additional HR-related tasks as neededQualifications needed: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, distribution, or multi-entity environmentsExperience with benefits administration and open enrollment coordinationRecruiting and onboarding experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsKnowledge of HR best practices and employment regulationsHigh level of discretion and professionalismStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat you bring to the table: A friendly, team-oriented professional who enjoys helping othersA proactive self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilitiesSomeone eager to learn and grow within the organizationFlexible and adaptable, willing to jump in wherever neededDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Salary: $60K-70K, depending on experience#LI-KS5#ZRCFS
