This role ensures delivery against business objectives, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesProject / Program LeadershipLead a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projectsAccountable for project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and qualityDefine project objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goalsMonitor and control program performance; escalate risks and drive mitigation actionsLead delivery of initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomesStrategic Planning & Business OperationsTake direction from and partner with the PMO Leader and leadership team to drive execution of key business prioritiesPrepare executive-level communications, including reports, dashboards, and presentationsFacilitate leadership cadence, including operating reviews and governance forumsCross-Functional LeadershipDrive alignment across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Business DevelopmentInfluence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authorityLead cross-functional problem solving and decision-making sessionsAct as a liaison between leadership and key stakeholders to ensure execution of decisionsContinuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and executionDrive adoption of Lean / TEOA principles and project management best practicesLead initiatives to improve PMO maturity, tools, and ways of workingSupport change management and transformation initiativesJob RequirementsBachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferredTypically requires:o 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, oro 8+ years with a Master's degree3+ years of experience leading large, complex programs or PMO functionsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (planning, execution, monitoring, governance)Experience leading cross-functional, global projectsLean Six Sigma knowledge preferred; certification a plusPMP certification preferredExperience in commercial or customer-facing organizations preferredAdditional CharacteristicsStrong business acumen and strategic mindsetExcellent communicationHigh level of organization and attention to detailAbility to manage ambiguity and competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive resultsCreative problem solving capabilities mixing rigor with creativityCompetenciesSET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
