Manager, New Equipment Field Operations

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented new equipment Field Leader to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume installation / construction / modernization projects. On a typical day you will: Define project objectives and manage installation projects Manage administrative and material tasks Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and/or subcontractors Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risks Work closely with local authorities on document submissions, site inspections for a smooth project completion Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability What you will need to be successful: A high school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years) You have experience with the elevator and building trades Safety is your top priority You have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment You are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen What's In it For Me / Benefits: The chance to work for an industry-leading brand with an historic legacy.
