Machine Operator / Manufacturing Associate

Job Overview 2nd shift 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. In this role, you will help run production equipment, inspect parts for quality, and support daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience or strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery Load materials and monitor machines during production Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Use basic measuring tools such as rulers, gauges, or calipers Record production numbers and inspection results Identify and report machine or material issues Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep machines and work areas clean and organized Assist with equipment adjustments and changeovers Work with team members to maintain production flow Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read basic instructions and follow work orders Basic math and measuring skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
