Project/Program Manager (Cost & Data Analytics Focus)Locations: Irving, TX OR Mossville, IL (Onsite)Pay: $52–$55/hourDuration: 12-month contractSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMOverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical Project/Program Manager to support cost and data-driven initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in data analysis, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.This is not a traditional PM role—it is heavily focused on analytics, cost reduction, and operational insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop dashboards to monitor program and project performanceAnalyze data to identify trends and cost savings opportunitiesPresent insights and recommendations to leadership using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPointSupport cost reduction strategies through analysis (e.g., sourcing, optimization initiatives)Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and category groupsAssist with program/project tracking and overall performance reportingRequired QualificationsStrong experience with data analytics and reportingAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding toolsBackground in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environmentsAbility to interpret technical drawings or part numbersStrong communication skills with experience presenting to leadershipPreferred BackgroundsCost Analyst / Cost EngineerManufacturing or Industrial EngineerSupply Chain or Sourcing AnalystData Analyst within a manufacturing environmentEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, business, data analytics, or related field + relevant experienceEquivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredWork EnvironmentFully onsite (5 days/week)Collaborative team environment with frequent cross-functional interactionWhy Apply?Opportunity to work on high-impact cost and data initiativesExposure to cross-functional teams and leadership-level reportingFast-moving interview process (typically one round)
