Responsibilities include accurate management of cases and timely communication with clients and attorney.Position Responsibilities:Case ManagementLog daily mailDraft correspondence necessary for case managementMaintain attorney calendar and schedulingConsistent docket checksPrepare and maintain check records, and mail checksAssist paralegals as assignedCommunicationConsistent and regular communication with clients regarding case statusWeekly reports as requiredMonthly team meetingsMaintain professional interactions, internally and externallyProvide support for other team members in their absenceRegular, consistent, punctual attendance.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsHighly proficient in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelLegal practices and procedures.Business practices. Standard clerical and general office administration procedures.High command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling.Use of computers and related software applications.Research procedures.Procedures for preparing legal documentation.
