Located in Hildale, Utah, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base by generating leads, building strong relationships, and supporting innovative marketing efforts. Your work will help secure new contracts and promote our high-quality dietary supplements to a wide range of customers.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the dietary and nutritional product sectorDevelop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients, leveraging digital marketing, networking, and trade shows, traveling as neededCreate innovative strategies to differentiate the company's offerings in the health and wellness marketGenerate leads through digital marketing, networking, trade shows, and cold outreachIdentify and pursue partnership opportunities with health-focused businesses to expand the company's client baseRepresent the company at industry events to promote the business and secure client contractsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster trust and loyaltyActively listen to client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirementsFollow up on leads promptly and maintain consistent communication to move prospects through the sales pipelineProvide regular updates on campaign performance and client feedback to leadershipAnalyze data from campaigns to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve resultsStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the dietary supplement marketRequired Skills:Proven experience in client acquisition in the food, dietary supplements, and/or pharmaceutical industriesDemonstrated success in lead generation and closing client contractsStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing toolsProven success in client acquisition and lead generationPreferred Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsCreative thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies to attract new clientsAnalytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decisions and optimize campaignsProficiency in Google and Microsoft applications for reporting and presentationsKnowledge of dietary supplements or health products marketed to tailor strategies effectivelySelf-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or collaboratively in a teamPassionate about health, wellness, and promoting high-quality dietary supplementsWhy you'll love working with us:401(k) with a 6% employer match9 paid holidays with additional accrued paid time offMaternity and paternity leaveDental and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Health Share ProgramMinimum Essential CoverageComplimentary monthly supply of Balance of Nature supplementsAccess to a gym and a personal trainer in St. George, UtahPay: Hourly, $25-29 an hour + sales-based commissionsSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Job Type: Full-TimeWork Location: Hildale, UtahThank you for your interest in working with Premium Production!
