This role focuses on selling construction-related services to residential and light commercial clients across the United States.The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, communicates clearly via email, adapts quickly to structured systems, and is capable of guiding clients through conversations related to construction projects, permitting, project scope, timelines, and service coordination. This is a performance-driven role with substantial earning potential for high performers.Products & Services SoldSales representatives are responsible for selling construction services based on client needs, project feasibility, and company capabilities, including:Residential construction servicesRemodels, additions, ADUs, and new residential construction projectsLight commercial construction servicesProject planning and pre-construction coordinationSite assessments and project consultationsPermit-related support and coordination when applicableCoordination with designers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project professionalsProject-specific add-ons, upgrades, revisions, and expedited timelines when availableSales agents are expected to recommend appropriate and viable services aligned with client goals, jurisdictional requirements, and company capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads and conduct proactive follow-upsPerform cold calling and outbound outreach to generate and re-engage opportunitiesConduct phone-based consultations to qualify projects, assess scope, and recommend appropriate servicesClearly explain the construction, permitting, and project coordination process to clientsPresent pricing, address objections, and close sales via phone and emailMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all lead activity in Notion or the company CRMManage follow-ups and pipeline progression independentlyCoordinate internal handoff once a project is soldCommunicate professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team membersHelp clients understand next steps, timelines, requirements, and expectations throughout the sales processRequired QualificationsProven sales experience is preferred, particularly within construction, remodeling, contracting, real estate, home services, project management, or related professional servicesStrong understanding of the residential construction process, permitting process, or the ability to learn and communicate it clearlyAbility to confidently explain construction-related concepts, project scope, timelines, and service options to non-technical clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presenceSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to lead follow-up, outbound outreach, and cold callingAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple active opportunitiesStrong organizational habits and attention to detail when documenting activity in a CRMPrior exposure to construction projects, remodeling, contracting, estimating, or home improvement services is a strong plusNote: This role does not require hands-on construction labor or field work.
