You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage fleet operations, including vehicle ordering, allocation, maintenance, and lifecycle managementOversee vendor management and ensure service-level compliance and contract adherenceMonitor safety, compliance, and risk management across fleet operationsAnalyze fleet data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive cost savings and efficiencySupport budgeting, invoice review, and financial reporting for fleet expensesAssist with fleet programs, policy updates, and system improvementsQualifications5+ years of experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or transportation logisticsStrong experience with vendor management and operational budgetsKnowledge of safety programs, compliance standards, and risk managementExperience in financial reporting, invoice review, and cost controlFamiliarity with fleet systems, vehicle manufacturers, and operational toolsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsCompensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $60-$70/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
