The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP PM solutions to enhance maintenance processes, asset reliability, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP PM module including notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenanceWork closely with refinery business users to gather and analyze requirementsHandle end-to-end SAP PM implementations and support projectsIntegrate SAP PM with other modules like MM, WM, and FICOManage equipment master, functional locations, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plansSupport incident management, troubleshooting, and system enhancementsParticipate in UAT, system testing, and go-live supportEnsure compliance with refinery safety and maintenance standardsProvide user training and documentationRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)Strong experience in refinery / oil & gas industryExpertise in:Maintenance planning & schedulingWork order managementPreventive & predictive maintenanceHands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA PMStrong integration knowledge with SAP MM and other modulesExperience in data migration, master data management, and reportingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
