With a commitment to our values of: “Customer First, Best Answer Wins, Accountable for results and Agile Mindset”, we are seeking a dynamic Roofing Expert to join our team.Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Roofing Estimator - Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of flat and steep slope roofing projects, analyzing project specifications, and preparing detailed proposals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of our roofing projects, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Accurately estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment for roofing projects.Read and interpret project plans and specifications to identify any challenges or unique requirements.Work closely with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and product availability.Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals and bids to clients.Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates align with project goals and execution plans.Keep abreast of industry trends and pricing dynamics.Provide mentorship and guidance to two estimators.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in roofing estimation/construction.Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.Proficiency in Eagleview, Hover, XactimateExcellent analytical and mathematical skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with a CRM or ERPWork Location and Schedule:This position is hybrid with a requirement of being in the office twice a week.
