Commercial Crew Leader

Landscape Crew Leader* *Epic Landscape Productions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to lead on-site crews in executing a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects. This role acts as a key extension of our superintendents and managers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to Epic's high-quality standards. Project Leadership: Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring timely, high-quality completion of mowing, pruning, mulching, fertilization, and pesticide applications across a range of commercial, residential, and municipal properties. * Installation Support: Assist with installations such as low-voltage lighting, irrigation systems, pool and waterfall plumbing, fence posts, and seasonal flower displays. * Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscape and water-feature construction equipment. * Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate crew members while maintaining a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. * Client & Management Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact to ensure project goals, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met. *Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Card. (Previous leadership or crew management experience in landscape maintenance or installation preferred. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
