This role acts as a key extension of our superintendents and managers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to Epic's high-quality standards.*Key Responsibilities** *Project Leadership:* Supervise daily on-site operations, ensuring timely, high-quality completion of mowing, pruning, mulching, fertilization, and pesticide applications across a range of commercial, residential, and municipal properties.* *Installation Support:* Assist with installations such as low-voltage lighting, irrigation systems, pool and waterfall plumbing, fence posts, and seasonal flower displays.* *Equipment Operation:* Safely operate and maintain landscape and water-feature construction equipment.* *Team Management:* Lead, train, and motivate crew members while maintaining a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.* *Client & Management Communication:* Serve as a professional point of contact to ensure project goals, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met.*Requirements** Must have a *valid driver's license*.* Must be able to *obtain a DOT Medical Certification Card*.
