Avionics Assembly Technician

Job Description We are seeking Avionics Assembly Technicians for an opportunity in Kent, WA (98032) . This is a 6+ month onsite contract role supporting flight and test hardware builds.Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (onsite in Kent, WA) with OT availableIn this role, you would be:Building components across test and flight environmentsPerforming board-level assembly and solderingFabricating, terminating, and testing wire harnessesInstalling RF boxes, crimping, and bonding panelsWorking with torque tools and standard electronics test equipmentWhat we’re looking for:3+ years of aerospace or avionics assembly experienceExperience in an ESD-controlled environment with tool accountability processesHands-on experience with soldering, multimeters, and basic electronics test equipmentWire harness fabrication, termination, and testing experienceStrong mechanical assembly skills and ability to work to aerospace standards/specificationsApplicants must be local to the area and US Citizens or Green Card holders.
